Diaper Deals Week of 05.06.12

In-Store Diaper Deals

Walgreens

Walgreens has their brand of diapers jumbo packs on sale for buy one get one 50% off this week,  5/6/12 - 5/12/12.

Scenario:
  • Buy 2 Walgreens Jumbo pack diapers for $8.99 each = $17.98
  • Then receive one of them for 50% off - $4.50 = final is $13.48 for two packs or $6.74
Walgreens has their brand of wipes 78 ct. soft packs on sale for buy one get one 50% off this week,  5/6/12 - 5/12/12.
Scenario:
  •  Buy 2 Walgreens Soft pack Wipes 78 ct. for $2.29 each = $4.58
  • Then receive one of them for 50% off - $1.15 = final is $3.43 for two packs or $1.72 each

Rite Aid

Rite Aid has their brand of diapers called Tugaboos on sale this week for different package sizes.  We will show some different scenarios.

Scenario #1 - Tugaboos Diapers Jumbo Packs

Scenario #2 - Tugaboos Training Pants and Overnights Diapers Jumbo Packs
  • Buy 2 Tugaboos Training Pants or Overnight Jumbo Packs for $8.99 each or two for $16 when you buy two = $$16.00
  • Then use the $1.00/1 Video Values coupon (watch a 30 second commercial to get the coupon) = final is $15 for two or $7.50 each
Scenario #3 - Tugaboos Diapers Mega Packs
  • Buy 2 Tugaboos Diapers Mega Packs for $12.99 each or 2 for $24 when you buy two = $24.00
  • Then receive a $3 +Up reward for buying two (loads onto your Wellness + Rewards card to use starting at 6 am the next day on any purchase) = final is $21 for two mega packs or $10.50 each (equivalent to $7 each jumbo pack)
Rite Aid has the Luvs family pack of diapers priced at $16.99 this week, 5/6 - 5/12/12. Plus you will receive a $4+Up reward that will be automatically loaded onto your Wellness Plus rewards card (free savings card) for you to use on your next purchase at Rite Aid starting at 6am the next day.  It is like Rite Aid cash!  There is a limit of two of these $4 +UP rewards, so you can get this deal twice!
Scenario:

  • Buy 1 Luvs Family Pack of diapers for $16.99
  • Then receive a $4 +Up reward, so when considering this discount = final is $12.99 per family pack.
Check through your coupon stash to see if you have any coupons to make your out of pocket costs even lower.

CVS

CVS has a big sale promotion going on this week where you will receive a $10 Extra Care Bucks buy purchasing $25 of specific Huggies products.  The Huggies products included are the jumbo packs of diapers and Pull Ups for $10 each and the Big pack of diapers for $20 and the Mega Pack Wipes 184-216 ct. refills for $6

Before we share the scenarios, we did want to state that there are a number of ways to make this deal work based on what coupons you have and so many different combinations of products.  We are going to show the best scenarios with each type of coupon that we were able to come up with.  After speaking with CVS, the jumbo pack diapers are listed as 2 for $20, but you do not have to buy in groups of two to get the $10 price.  So the jumbo packs are going to yield the best value as you can use a coupon on each!

Also, there is a $3 off CVS coupon on Huggies diapers found in the Rejuvenating Beauty magazine in CVS.  This magazine sells for .99 and sold in-store (and includes many coupons, not just this one).  If you use this coupon in any of the deals, this would make your total even lower after paying the initial .99 each booklet.  So you might want to consider doing this for diaper stock-up!

Scenario #1 - Any Huggies Diapers
  •  Buy 3 Huggies Diapers any Jumbo packs for $10 each = $30
  • Then use a combination of three coupons or coupons to give you the discount on three packs - the $1.50/1 (some areas received $1 off) from the 4/15 Smart Source Insert - $4.50 = $25.50
  • Then receive a FREE $10 Extra Care Bucks (CVS cash) =  final is $15.50 for three packs of diapers or $5.17 each
*If you are a new email subscriber to CVS, then you can claim your $4 off $20 or more coupon and make the deals even better
Scenario #3 - Any Huggies Diapers for new CVS email subscribers
  •  Buy 3 Huggies Diapers any Jumbo packs for $10 each = $30
  • Then use a combination of three coupons or coupons to give you the discount on three packs - the $1.50/1 (some areas received $1 off) from the 4/15 Smart Source Insert - $4.50 = $25.50
  • Then use the $4/$20 or more CVS coupon for new email subscribers = $21.50
  • Then receive a FREE $10 Extra Care Bucks (CVS cash) =  final is $11.50 for three packs of diapers or $3.83 each

Target

Huggies Big Packs on sale for $19.79.  Plus this week, 5/5 - 5/12/12 Target is running a special gift card promotion where you will receive a FREE $5 gift card when you buy two!

Scenario #1 - Any Huggies Big Packs:
  •  Buy 2 Huggies any big packs for $19.79 = $39.58
  • Then use two $1.50/1 (some areas received $1 off) from the 4/15 Smart Source Insert  - $3 = $36.58
  • Then receive a FREE $5 gift card= final is $31.58 for two or $15.79 each (equivalent to $7.90 each jumbo pack)
Scenario #2 - Huggies Little Movers, Little Snugglers or Overnight Big Packs:
  •  Buy 2 Huggies big packs for $19.79 = $39.58
  • Then use two of the $2.00/1 from the 4/15 Smart Source Insert -$4 =  $35.58
  • Then receive a FREE $5 gift card = final is $30.58 for two or $15.29 each (equivalent to $7.65 each jumbo pack)

Target has their brand of diapers in the economy pack boxes on sale for $25.99 each!

Scenario:

Babies R Us

Babies R Us has an in-ad coupon for $8 off Pampers brand of Baby Wipes and Diapers value boxes through 5/12/12.

Scenario:
  • Buy 1 Pampers value box wipes box 384 ct. on sale for $12.49
  • Buy 1 Pampers diapers value box on sale for $39.98 = $52.47
  • Then use two $1.50 off ONE Pampers Cruisers or Baby Dry Diapers or the $1.00/1 from the 4/29 PG Coupon Insert = $50.97
  • Then use two $0.75 off ONE Pampers Wipes 60 ct or larger = $50.22
  • Then use the in-ad coupon for $8.00 off both = final is $42.22 for both
  •  *Also receive a 10% bonus onto your VIB card if you purchase with you VIB card (see details), so when considering the additional 10% = final is $37.99 for both
